Customer Support Specialist
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, from routine requests to complex technical issues, using your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to deliver resolutions that exceed customer expectations.
You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to analyze situations quickly and take decisive action will be essential in resolving customer complaints and disputes.
This position requires a strong understanding of sales administration management, with experience in after-sales service, maintenance contract management, spare parts management, and intervention company management. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective customer support via phone, email, or chat

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in sales administration management, preferably in an after-sales service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM software
* Good level of oral and written English required
