STORE MANAGER PERMANENT / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / ITALIAN RESORT
Responsibilities:Creates and builds a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with customers, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client's needs and expectationsEnsures compliance of all company policies and proceduresAssesses the effectiveness of the team, and provides the appropriate level of coaching performance feedbackResponsible for opening and closing proceduresManaging budget and KPI'SBusiness development; PR activity; CRM development.Team management (approx. 5 resources)
