Ph3Process Auditor – Stellantis /h3 pAs part of the Quality Team, the Process Auditor will: /p ul liCarry out quality audits in the Company’s Domains based on the QMS standards; advise auditees for improving operating methods, to ensure the definition, validation and follow up of action plans; issue alerts in the event of delays. /li liSupervise the implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness in controlling the processes audited. /li liSupport the Risk Assessment evaluation of the Company’s Domains based on QMS standards as a preventive approach. /li /ul h3Expected Results /h3 ul liDetect and assess the seriousness of the risks of the audited processes, with focus on all processes related to Product Conformity. /li liInform the Quality System Corporate Audit Manager and relevant audited departments at the appropriate level according to the seriousness of these risks. /li liShare the findings and the risk assessment with all stakeholders, taking their opinions objectively into account, to initiate effective improvement actions. /li liValidate the robustness of the action plans and alert in the event of any deviation from their progress. /li liFollow up the results coming out from action plans. /li liImprove audit standards. /li liSupport the definition of a training plan based on Company priorities and execute it. /li liRepresent the Customer Experience (CX) Department in the audited entities, depending on the context. /li liPrepare a summary of ISO IATF findings and their impact on processes to prioritize improvement actions for audited departments and for the CX Department. /li /ul h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liEvaluate the level of control of the audited processes, identify gaps and their severity and propose ways forward. /li liGuarantee the identification of root cause analyses of deviations detected and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li liCheck the progress of action plans and alert at the right level in case of drift. /li liVerify the effectiveness of action plans in the field. /li liImprove Quality System Corporate Audit processes based on company priorities and customer requests. /li liSupport the qualification of plant auditors and monitoring. /li liPrepare facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining external certification (ISO, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, COP …). /li liAnimate facilities and support functions for obtaining and maintaining the COP external certification. /li liDuring the Batch and Hold phase, provide the milestone keeper with the quality status of the projects (pre‑SOP audit). /li liRepresent, as context dictates, the Quality System Corporate Audit Department in audited entities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGraduate in Engineering or equivalent. /li liAt least 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. /li liProfessional proficiency in English. /li liTechnical competence in car development, production, distribution, sale and after‑sales. /li liMultilingual speaker. /li liGood knowledge of the field and quality processes. /li liGood knowledge of the Design field with proven experience in automobile engineering system management and supplier relations. /li liGood knowledge of the Production field and Supply Chain with proven experience in production entity management. /li liGood knowledge of the field of Trades (quality of service) with proven experience in the corresponding trades and in the application of management standard systems. /li liRigour, objectivity and impartiality. /li liTransversal or specific management of an auditor team. /li liCapacity to make decisions and to convince. /li liAvailable to travel. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
