Experteer Overview In this role you lead the property's sales team to achieve booking and revenue targets for a high-volume property. You align sales activities with the brand strategy and drive long-term, value-based customer relationships. You shape marketing and channel strategies and collaborate with regional teams to execute regional and national promotions. You also oversee talent, budgets, and cross-department coordination to deliver exceptional service and ROI for owners and Marriott.

* Develop strategic account plans for market demand generators
* Lead reactive and proactive sales efforts and calibrate marketing communications with Regional Marketing Communications
* Evaluate market signals and competition to adapt sales strategy
* Manage participation in Area Sales, Group Sales, and other channels; advocate for customers
* Oversee marketing budget, campaigns, and collateral to hit revenue targets
* Coordinate with Revenue Management, Event Management, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain relationships with leadership, owners, and key stakeholders; represent sales in executive discussions
* Foster relationships with local organizations and communities to boost brand visibility
* Mentor and develop sales associates; align talent with market growth plans
* Monitor and resolve guest issues related to the sales process; ensure brand standards and service basics are upheld
* Forecast talent needs and lead learning resources for catering solutions and internal succession
* Ensure turnover from sales to operations is smooth and service quality remains high
Responsabilità
* 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 4 years in sales/marketing; OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years in sales/marketing
* Preferred: 4-year college degree and demonstrated supervisory experience; lodging sales experience; progressive hotel industry career
