CFI - Crisi Fiscale d’Impresa, with headquarters in Milan (San Babila area), specializes in managing business crises. We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant / Advisor to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Prepare, analyze, and review financial plans and business plans for companies of various sizes and sectors, focusing on distressed enterprises.
2. Assess financial sustainability and support companies in developing turnaround strategies and resource optimization.
3. Draft and review financial statements and reports according to art. 2423 of the Civil Code.
4. Assist companies with routine and industrial accounting, emphasizing cost analysis and profitability.
5. Analyze accounting and tax documentation to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
6. Provide strategic consulting to clients to identify the best business and fiscal solutions, ensuring business continuity and risk minimization.
Requirements
* Certified Chartered Accountant qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional firms or consulting companies.
* Excellent knowledge of corporate taxation and financial planning tools.
* Ability to work independently and prepare economic-financial documentation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, and results-driven attitude.

* Collaboration: Partita IVA (Freelance contract)
* Compensation: Based on experience and skills, to be defined during interview.
