Overview Polimoda is looking for a dynamic and internationally minded Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of global marketing and student recruitment strategies. Based in Florence and working within the Marketing & Sales team, you will contribute to strengthening Polimoda’s international presence by managing agency networks, analyzing market trends and coordinating strategic initiatives across multiple regions, while supporting partnerships, promotional activities and business development efforts aligned with the institution’s commercial objectives. Responsibilities
Conduct macro-economic analysis of the sector Prepare annual action plans for assigned markets Evaluate and manage market strategies in line with the commercial area’s broader objectives, including joint courses, partnerships, business relationships with institutes, B2B relationships, tailor‑made courses, events and local media contacts Administer the assigned budget for the management of relevant markets Manage and monitor agency networks Organize business trips abroad Plan and manage promotional activities, including informative and training newsletters for agents, commercial partners and students Prepare reports on activities carried out, business trips, agency performance and related matters
Experience
2+ years of professional experience in marketing Full fluency in English, both written and spoken A university degree in marketing, communication or a related field is preferred
