We look forward to getting to know you.Full time - unlimitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company's Operations & Maintenance (O&M) portfolio within the utility‐scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value‐added service offerings. Key duties include scouting for new opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations, and supporting the transition from O&M sales to O&M execution. The position requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure competitive, high‐quality service solutions and sustained portfolio expansion. You will be reporting to the Country Technical Manager in Italy and will be closely cooperating with the O&M Team Leader.You can look forward to the following tasks; Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M portfolio for utility-scale solar plantsBuild and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investorsPrepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M proposals tailored to client needs and RFQsLead contract negotiations and close O&M service agreementsDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targetsConduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential leadsCollaborate with technical and operations teams to define competitive service offeringsSupport project handover from O&M Sales to execution of O&M contractsManage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reportingRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsEnsure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross‐selling opportunities within existing accountsStay updated on regulatory, technological, and market developments in the solar PV sector Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or Business with strong technical exposure.3 - 7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments (energy, services, industrial, or similar sectors)Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals against targetsStrong commercial mindset with experience in client acquisition and relationship managementPrevious experience in solar PV or O&M is not mandatory, but interest in renewable energy is a plusHigh motivation to quickly learn the utility‐scale PV O&M business and market dynamics in ItalyWillingness to develop technical understanding through hands‐on exposure and internal trainingResults‐oriented and self‐driven, with a strong hunter mentalityExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to engage with different stakeholders (technical and non‐technical)Structured approach to pipeline management and opportunity trackingFluency in Italian and EnglishAvailability to travel within ItalyEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, "build‐from‐scratch" attitudeValid driver's license.
