At Johnson Controls, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Italy JCI Security Products Intrusion team. You will promote the full Security Products Intrusion portfolio, including best-in-class products and solutions available on the market. You will be an important part of a team dedicated to contributing to profitable growth in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the Italian market.
How you will do it
* Work closely with the Italian team, distributors, installers, Central Station, and relevant customers, demonstrating strong teamwork.
* Collaborate with product managers and the technical hotline to provide necessary information.
* Visit and support integrators and installers, especially during the initial product launch phase.
* Promote our products through presentations and demonstrations, explaining the advantages of our intrusion solutions.
* Participate in events such as exhibitions.
* Organize training sessions for sales teams and customers on our products.
* Test products and create educational materials using PowerPoint or Word for customer presentations.
* Keep customers informed about the latest solutions and new products.
* Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, growth strategy, and a proactive approach to exploring new business channels.
What we are looking for
* Knowledge of technical intrusion products or analog expertise.
* Willingness to travel within Italy.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Well-structured, organized, and results-oriented profile.
* Home-based, preferably residing in Central/Northern Italy.
* Experience in sales and/or business development.
* Experience with social media activity.
* Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams or similar for webinars and remote management.
* Sales experience in technology, consumer electronics, or services.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Graduate degree.
