Page Personnel
Manage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level, in Italy market
Negotiate annual commercial deals (price lists, promotions, assortments, trading terms)
Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accounts
Evaluete sales performance (sell-in / sell-out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPI's
Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launches
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers
Manage forecasting and commercial planning activities
Monitor market trends and market players, with a strong focus and functional dairy segment
Report to National Account Manager
Based in Luxembourg

A successful Key Account Manager GDO should have:

2-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within Modern Trade (GDO)
Background in the FMCG sector, preferably food / dairy or FMCG
Solid experience in negotiations with the Italian GDO
Strong analitic skills and ability to manage customer P&L
Performance mindset and strong customer orientation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent English and Italian
Willingness to travel across Italy

Location · Luxembourg (role-based) Education

Degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields (preferred)
