Marketing Assistant, Aveda The Marketing Assistant will support the Aveda brand marketing team in managing the product catalogue and the launch of new products, from the initial phase of trend analysis to the final implementation and execution. The resource will collaborate with the Italian and EMEA teams (based in Paris) and with corporate functions in the implementation of launch activities, sell‑in analysis, and the development of materials, as well as in daily operational management. The position will require regular interaction with various company departments (sales, social, online, supply chain, and trade marketing) related to the nature of the work and analysis. Key Performance Areas
Processing and analysis of sell‑in data and launch performance Support in the planning and management of forecasting and pricing activities Support in the creation of documents and presentations for internal and external meetings Support in B2C communication activities (seeding, social PED) Support to the team in order tracking (liaising with supply chain) Support in preparing Business Reviews (international visits and internal meetings)
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (xls, ppt) Excellent knowledge of Canva Creative and innovative mindset Proactive attitude Ability to analyze sales reports and survey results Problem‑solving skills, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail Positive attitude and strong team spirit Fluency in English and Italian
