Based in Rome, this role is focused on developing and managing client portfolios for Casa Monti and Leitmotiv group (including La Fantaisie Le Coeur de Megèvre) across the European market, with a primary focus on Italy, Spain, and Portugal, as well as the Latin American market. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliRepresent Leitmotiv hotels (Casa Monti, La Fantaisie and Le Coeur de Megève) in their respective markets (Europe, mainly Italy, Spain, Portugal, and LATAM) /liliProspect and build clients relationship amongsalespartners /liliTarget and develop Agency, Corporate, and MICE segments /liliContribute to optimizing occupancy and average prices across the group’s hotels while respecting the pricing policy andsalesstrategy set by the Director ofSales /liliConduct site-inspections, managesalesappointments /liliAttend trade shows andsalestrips to prospect new clients (agencies and companies) while maintaining relationships with existing clients /liliDevelop the Leitmotiv group's database /liliProspect and qualify requests /liliPrepare commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts for Casa Monti and forward received requests to thesalesor reservations department of the respective Leitmotiv hotels /liliEnsure proper follow-up of contracts, confirmations, payments, reminders, and complimentarysales services at Casa Monti /liliPrepare function sheets and ensure proper handover of information to Casa Monti's team /liliCreate commercial offers targeting agencies and individual clients for assigned markets /liliRepresent thesalesdepartment for leads and promote banquet and restaurant offerings to clients (walk-in customers, hotel guests, event prospects, companies, agencies) /liliLead action plans and optimize hotel revenue in alignment with the Director ofSales /liliActively participate in weekly, monthly, and annual reporting /liliActively participate in weekly yield meetings /li /ulpThe list of these tasks is not exhaustive and may change during the performance of this contract according to the Company's needs, while respecting the Employee's qualifications. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
