Commercial Chef – Away From Home We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Chef – Away From Home to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.The role sits within the local Sales organization in the Away From Home channel and is designed to strengthen customer partnerships through high-impact culinary expertise, training, and in-field commercial support.You will work closely with the Sales team and engage frequently with food professionals, category managers, and head chefs across key accounts and prospects.The role reports to the Trade Marketing Manager – Away From Home.Role scope & time allocationThe Position Is Split Across40% based at HQ (meetings, content creation, internal coordination, preparation)60% on field, supporting customers across Italy (typically in joint visits with Sales)The role is cross-Italy and requires the flexibility to operate against a structured calendar (prioritized customers and areas) while adapting to new opportunities and shifting priorities during the year.Field work is the predominant component of the job.Key ResponsibilitiesHQ-based responsibilities (~40%)Participate in regular calls and meetings with the EPDM team and other chefs (the Chef network)Create culinary content such as recipes, presentations/decks, and training materials for internal and customer-facing useCoordinate with Sales to structure customer meetings linked to Food Academy sessions and co-creation activitiesSupport and participate in recipe-building shootings (recipe development and execution for content)Participate in and/or coordinate internal events and customer events connected to food/cooking initiativesOrganize and run internal testing and internal trainings, including preparation, materials, and set-upField responsibilities (~60%)Lead co-creation initiatives and testing sessions with chainsConduct market visits in restaurants (in collaboration with Brand Ambassadors) to capture market needs, scout opportunities, and monitor emerging trendsBuild deep un
