Sales Specialist (Italian) - Relocation To Greece or Bulgaria - Vicenza, IT
Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business).
* Identify key points of contact through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets.
* Actively manage the sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the funnel.
* Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
* Transition qualified leads from the pipeline to the onboarding team to finalize the transaction.
* Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals.
Additional Information
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break.
Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office).
Training: 23.04.2026.
Salary Bulgaria: 1670.39 Euro gross a month + performance bonus 1537.20 Euro gross (quarterly).
Salary Greece: 1150 Euro gross a month + project bonus 150 Euro a month + performance bonus 1000 Euro gross (quarterly).
Relocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria. Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted.
Relocation package: We provide full support with relocation to Greece/Bulgaria, including flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel stay and advanced payment.
Requirements
* Knowledge of English and Italian at a minimum C1 level (speaking and writing).
* Minimum 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer‑facing experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the tech advertising sales sector.
* Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations.
* Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self‑starter with a competitive growth mindset.
* Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Salesforce experience or prior exposure to a CRM tool.
* Previous experience within sales, working on warm leads, cold outreaches, and research.
