POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for passionate and professional Chef de Partie to join our team!
The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prior experience in luxury hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.
2. Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
3. Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform.
4. Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
5. Knowledge of kitchen procedures is mandatory
6. At least 3 years previous kitchen experience in a similar role
7. Familiar with food hygiene and relevant health & safety standards
