Create and implement a localized marketing strategy based on HQ brand guidelines to position Mama Shelter Lake Como as a must‐visit cultural venue.Produce and update internal communication materials including posters, menus, flyers and collaterals.Track and analyse the impact of marketing actions (social media performance, PR coverage, event results) and align with the central Brand team to maintain a consistent global voice.Define and roll out the local social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets. Write, edit and publish visual and editorial content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.Build and maintain relationships with local journalists, media outlets and influencers. Coordinate press requests, organise press events, press trips and photo shoots.Plan and execute an annual event calendar aligned with global activations and local trends. Coordinate logistics with F&B teams and external partners.
