Job Description
As the Sales Director for Mama Shelter Lake Como, you will lead the commercial strategy, build powerful partnerships, and ensure the property is fully booked and highly regarded. You will drive revenue, manage the sales pipeline, represent the brand, lead the sales team, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations.
Responsibilities
* Drive top-line revenue through strategic sales planning, proactive prospecting, and strong account management.
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel partners, agencies, and key stakeholders.
* Manage the sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and ensure consistent conversion and growth.
* Represent Mama Shelter externally at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
* Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets while fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, and Operations to ensure aligned commercial strategies.
* Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver value while protecting the property's commercial interests.
* Identify emerging markets, segments, and partnerships to drive long‑term business growth.
