Business Developer (P.IVA)
per supportare la crescita commerciale di un gruppo attivo nella consulenza, formazione ed eventi. Ruolo ideale per profili ambiziosi che vogliono svilupparsi nel mondo Sales e Consulenza Strategica.
Responsabilità principali
Identificare e mappare nuovi clienti (aziende e decision maker)
Gestire attività outbound (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
Qualificare lead e organizzare meeting per consulenti senior
Aggiornare CRM e monitorare KPI commerciali
Collaborare con Marketing e BD per ottimizzare strategie Go-to-Market
Requisiti
Laurea (Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Comunicazione o simili)
6–18 mesi di esperienza in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation (B2B)
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
Mentalità commerciale, proattività e resilienza

About the role
We're hiring
Freelance Business Developers
to drive commercial growth for a consulting, events, and training group. Ideal for ambitious professionals looking to build a strong career in Sales and Strategic Consulting.
Key responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities and decision-makers
Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn outreach)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants
Maintain CRM accuracy and track performance KPIs
Collaborate with Marketing and BD teams on go-to-market strategies
What you bring
Degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or similar
6–18 months experience in Sales / BD / Lead Generation (B2B preferred)
Good level of English
Strong commercial mindset, resilience, and proactivity
