BriefCam, a Canon Group company since 2018 and a market leader in advanced video analytics, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in Italy, focusing mostly on the Italian and Spanish Markets, to lead and develop the regions and potentially other countries in Europe. The successful candidate will join a growing and dynamic team and will be responsible for continued Sales growth in the region. The individual will leverage their existing network of consultants, systems Integrators and technology partners in seeking out, qualifying and closing new business, while managing a pipeline of public and private sector opportunities.
1. A minimum of 5 years Sales experience in the relevant markets
2. Excellent Italian and English – A must,
3. French and Spanish - an advantage
4. Proven track record of selling complex video surveillance and security software solutions (ideally video analytics)
5. Solution selling experience an important advantage.
6. A thorough understanding of the latest technology, market trends & customers’ needs in the surveillance arena
7. Strong contacts with local System Integrators, Consultants, and technology partners
8. Hunter Sales mindset with an ability to identify, nurture and close large enterprise level business
9. Strong channel partner experience
10. Experience with selling into the Law Enforcement and Public Safety sectors - An advantage
11. Experience with Enterprise selling into Retail, Transportation, Education, etc – an advantage
12. Experience with working with the likes of Axis, Milestone, Genetec - An advantage
13. Experience with working in small entities in an Internationally managed team - An advantage
14. Experience with reporting platforms like Salesforce - An advantage
15. Knowledge of other modern work management apps
16. Good knowledge of MS Office suite – A must
