Responsibilities
- Support the sales office by working side‑by‑side with commercial staff.
- Insert and manage orders in the corporate ERP system.
- Handle post‑sale documentation and assist with administrative and commercial tasks.
- Operate operational relationships with transporters and customers for logistics and organizational aspects.
- Support the commercial team in daily activities and customer relationships.
- Assist in pricing, estimates, and follow‑up activities for the sales department.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sale assistance focused on customer satisfaction and service continuity.
Qualifications
- Laurea (Bachelor’s degree).
- Strong computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- English language knowledge (level B1).
- Humility, willingness to learn, proactivity, and seriousness.
Offer
Three‑month fixed‑term contract in subcontracting, with possible extensions (final hiring purposes).
- CCNL Commercio, V or IV level.
- Full‑time.
Sede
Milano (zona Stephenson).
Presence in Sede
