Position Summary
The candidate will be responsible for achieving company objectives and for the definition and implementation of strategies for the development of sales for some Customers in Italy within assigned geographical areas for Power Transmission products.

Main responsibilities
* Definition and achievement of sales objectives for assigned clients
* Identification of new sales opportunities and new customers/application sectors
* Development and consolidation of technical‑commercial relationships with assigned clients, identification of decision makers
* Definition of agreements and commercial contracts
* Contributes to the improvement of sales processes
* Contributes to the definition of sales strategy and promotion of portfolio products
* Detects and transfers market trends and requests for product evolution to the company
Job Position Requirements
Education: University Technical or Economic bachelor degree
Professional background
* The candidate has worked in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in companies in the mechanical sector and in the Sales activities
* Knowledge of products and stationary and mobile applications in the mechanical sector, with particular reference to the Power Transmission DANA portfolio
* Technical‑commercial experience gained in managing Key Accounts
* Fluent English in writing and speaking
* Availability to travel in Italy (60%)

* Know how about hydraulics/electronics
