Position OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Account Manager.Joining our team in Arese, the resource will sell our chemical portfolio in multiple sectors and across a wide geography.Inclined to travel, open-minded, committed, curious and passionate, our ideal candidate is able to work in diverse teams and likes to contribute to the business with her/his creativity and leadership attitude.
ActivitiesThe resource will manage assigned customers, and their retention and expansion.He/She will monitor the adherence of results to assigned targets and goals;He/She will keep relevant information tracked and will proactively work with other functions such as R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Finance, maintaining accountability for any exchange between the company and the assigned customers;He/She will provide business insight, market needs and any relevant information that could lead to innovative development.
Requirements1–3 years' experience in sales departmentsTechnical degree or chemical industry backgroundFluent in EnglishA second language is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
