Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Diagnostics, Chromatography and Rapid Test in order to join the Sales & Marketing Team is looking for a:
PRODUCT SPECIALIST – HPLC / GC / LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry)
Responsibilities:
* Installation and demonstration of Chromatography/LC-MS/MS products at client premises
* Laboratory activities (on-site and in-field) and data processing to support product applications in pre- and post-sales phases
* Market and competition analysis to evaluate new products
* Handling of hotline, customer service mailbox, and complaints according to internal procedures
* Customer management to ensure complete satisfaction through on-site pre- and post-sales technical support (including installations), troubleshooting, training, and remote follow-up
* Drafting and management of official communications to customers regarding the products
* Analysis of technical requirements in tenders, identification of products to be offered and related technical documentation, and, if necessary, drafting of customized marketing material
* Attendance at national and international congresses, scientific events, and participation in workshops
Requirements:
* Scientific degree
* At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the IVD sector
* Knowledge of LC-MS/MS (Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry), Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry, GC (Gas Chromatography), or HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results orientation, proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset, and teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel on business
