Responsibilities
* Ensuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes.
* Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points.
* Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
* Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.
* Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations.
* Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub‑unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million.
Qualifications
* Have a bachelor or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing as well as expertise in production quality.
* Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Be able to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
* Be able to apply advanced analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across multiple projects.
