The Senior Business Controller Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role partners with business leaders and all the departments to provide financial insights, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making to drive business performance and profitability.
Be the main driver of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast)
Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Provide business partnering support to department heads and senior management
Monitor KPIs and support performance tracking
Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments
~ Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, (Economics, or related field)
~5-7 years of experience in Controlling, or Corporate Finance
~ Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
~ Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools;
~ Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of commercial and market dynamics.
~ Fluent in English
