 
        
        Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.
Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
RESPONSABILITIES:
 * Pick up costumer incoming calls
 * Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
 * Data entry within a business management system
 * Back office
 * Pick up costumer incoming calls
 * Sales Orders creation / order confirmations
 * Delivery notes
REQUIREMENTS:
 * High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
 * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
 * The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
 * Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
 * A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
 * SAP knowledge may be advantageous.
 * English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract. No Smart working is not considered.
