NEW OPENING - Arena Maniace, a hospitality and dinner show destination in Syracuse, is seeking a Sommelier.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the wine experience and developing the wine list, contributing to service excellence in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Definition and updating of the wine list
- Table-side consultation and pairing management
- Support in training the front-of-house team
Requirements
- AIS, WSET certification, or equivalent
- Experience in fine dining or premium hospitality environments
- Knowledge of the Italian and international wine landscape
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher), required to manage international clientele
