About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with fluent Italian language skills to lead sponsorship revenue growth across Italian-speaking markets.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities across Italian-speaking marketsDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsorsBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makersCreate tailored sponsorship proposals and deliver compelling sales presentationsNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements
About You:
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essentialProven track record in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or commercial partnershipsStrong negotiation and closing skillsExperience working to and exceeding revenue targetsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCommercially astute with strong relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenWillingness to travel when required
