Following strong growth in Europe, they are now hiring a Sales & Partnership Manager to lead commercial expansion across the region—starting from South Tyrol. Role Lead market expansion, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across Europe. Drive growth across Europe, starting from Alto Adige and the DACH region. Build long-term partnerships with fruit growers, packers, and agri-businesses. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in close coordination with the Head of Global Sales. Manage your own pipeline while supporting local teams across Italy, Poland, and Turkey. Identify and manage key channel partners (grading tech, packhouse solutions, distributors,). Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with top-tier industry players. Represent the company at trade fairs and customer events across Europe. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure value delivery. Report directly to the Head of Global Sales (US-based) and provide strategic insights. Profile Strategic sales leader with strong commercial drive and passion for innovation in horticulture. Job requirements Solid background in fruit production, horticulture, or post-harvest solutions. 7 years of successful B2B sales and partnership experience, ideally in AgTech or agribusiness. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields. Proven ability to close complex commercial deals and manage long sales cycles. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital sales tools. Excellent communication skills in German and Italian, fluent in English. Competences Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. Intercultural networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and strategic thinking. Collaborative and able to influence across teams and functions. Highly organized, capable to manage multiple priorities and projects. Determined and result oriented. Stress resistant and flexible.
