Experteer Overview
In this role you drive commercial objectives in the ATTR space by building and executing territory plans that improve patient care. You work closely with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, ensure compliant execution, and accelerate access for patients at the site of care. You will foster trusted relationships with key centers, lead market access efforts, and represent Alnylam at events, contributing to the broader RNAi therapeutic mission.

- Develops and leads territory/account plans aligned with country strategy and cross-functional input
- Drives patient identification, diagnosis, and referral rates through targeted account strategies
- Maintains timely delivery of products and services through collaboration with commercial, supply chain, and compliance
- Builds and sustains relationships with customers to ensure access and appropriate care pathways
- Executes local meetings and collaborates with Medical Affairs to drive diagnosis and treatment rates
- Represents Alnylam at local and national events and congresses
- Manages CRM data accuracy and ensures ethical compliance in all activities
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure site readiness and timely product administration
- Facilitates communication between customers and internal stakeholders
Responsabilità
- University degree in a relevant scientific field (Italian regulatory compliance required)
- 5+ years of Sales and Key Account Management experience in bio/pharmaceuticals
- Ability to establish access and build professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Strong communication and influencing skills across organizational levels
- Solid business acumen and ability to generate awareness and timely access to treatment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal preferred)
- Willingness to travel within the territory (80%)
