/p h3Location /h3 pEMEA-Italy /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate and execute the regional marketing plan to local expectations and needs to drive brand awareness, doctor sign-up, and growth within the OPEX budget.
/li liPlan strategy as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
/li liReport to the Italian Marketing Director and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary country leadership team.
/li liLocalize campaign materials and implement media planning, including digital.
/li liDevelop local evidence (publications, speakers) and organize local congresses and exhibitions.
/li liManage the OPEX budget.
/li liRepresent the country and customers by providing insights and analytics for new product development and global strategy.
/li liUse analytics and insights (campaign ROI, customer reimbursement, competition) to support the marketing plan.
/li liBuild a KOL network of speakers, key customers, and institutions to support the plan.
/li liChampion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan.
/li liLead the country marketing plan and develop country market insights and analytics.
/li liSupport marketing campaigns for product launches with regional brand managers, including sales material, educational content, clinical support, and online communication.
/li liPerform country market analysis to support ROI expectations.
/li liMaintain relationships with country speakers, customers, and universities.
/li liCoordinate cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to support business growth.
/li liEstablish close relationships with global, regional, and local marketing teams.
/li liTrain and educate country stakeholders on brand and strategy, including training collateral.
/li liUtilize digital communication platforms to deliver the plan.
/li /ul h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or a business-related field.
/li liMinimum 5 years of proven marketing experience at the country level.
/li liBackground in the medical device industry.
/li liNative fluency in the local language and fluent English.
/li liExperience in medical device sales (preferred).
/li liStrong strategic thinking, organizational, and action-oriented mindset.
/li liExcellent communication and presentation skills.
/li liResults-oriented with strong time-management and a sense of urgency.
/li liProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
/li liAbility to lead and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
