Experteer Overview As Senior Product Manager for Subscriptions, you will lead the evolution of Scalapay's B2C BNPL subscription product to maximize user value, retention, and recurring revenue. You will shape the product strategy and roadmap, balancing exceptional UX with regulatory and risk considerations. This role sits at the center of scaling our fintech offering and working closely with Legal, Risk, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance. You'll drive data-informed decisions and own key product KPIs, delivering impact at scale.

Optimize the consumer funnel (onboarding, activation, recurring usage) to reduce drop-offs
Leverage cohort, churn, and conversion data to guide strategic decisions and own KPIs
Partner with Legal and Risk to embed regulatory constraints into product design
Coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to align goals with milestones
Responsibilities 3-5+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably Fintech or B2C subscriptions
Solid understanding of monetization logic, pricing strategies, and user acquisition dynamics
Experience operating in regulated environments (Compliance/Risk) without sacrificing speed
