Responsibilities
Support students with special educational needs, fostering personal and academic development.
Collaborate with the teaching staff to plan inclusive and personalized instructional activities.
Monitor student progress, adapting strategies and educational programs.
Promote a serene, stimulating learning environment respectful of diversity.
Communicate effectively with families and tutors to guarantee a shared and targeted approach.
Requirements
Suitable university degree and/or teaching support qualification.
Previous experience in the role or strong motivation to pursue this career.
Empathy, patience, active listening skills.
Ability to manage complex situations and problem‑solving.
Teamwork attitude and sensitivity to inclusion.
Work Conditions
Full‑time, 36 hours weekly, Monday‑Friday, based on shared schedule with the principal.
Contract: temporary placement until 31/12/2025, with possible extensions. CCNL Enti Locali, level Functionaries + €7 ticket for daily work above 6 hours.
