What You'll Do:
- Deliver monthly training sessions to distributors, installers, and EPCs on product solutions, installation, and commissioning
- Identify and escalate product-related sales challenges, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Visit key partners to gather insights on market needs and portfolio requests
- Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes
- Monitor grid standards, renewable energy laws, and compatibility opportunities
- Collaborate with the local sales team to validate forecasts and portfolio accuracy
What You'll Bring:

- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Fluent in Italian
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
