Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for FB.This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). Your goal is to deliver memorable dining experiences that guests will cherish long after their stay.What you’ll be doingWelcoming guests and attending to tables promptlyServing food and beverages, making recommendations when neededSharing menu knowledge and assisting with special requestsRecording transactions accurately in the MICROS systemChecking guest satisfaction after each courseCleaning tables, completing closing duties, and re-stocking suppliesCommunicating with kitchen staff regarding orders, menu questions, and dietary needsFollowing cycle time guidelines and maintaining cleanliness of work areasInspecting china, glass, and silverware for cleanliness and presentationAdhering to Standard Operating Procedures and brand standardsWhat we’re looking forLegal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit for full-time employment (40 hours/week)Fluent in English and ItalianUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityPositive, outgoing personality with great conversational skillsTeam-oriented attitudeExperience in fine dining restaurants is advantageousKnowledge of Micros is preferredThis role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
