Named Account Manager – Northern Italy (Milan/Bologna Region)

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Named Account Manager based in Milan or the Northern Italy region to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

You will act as the key Account Manager for enterprise clients across Northern Italy, with a focus on strategic growth, customer success, and long-term partnerships.

As a Named Account Manager, you will:

1. Drive new business pitches, onboard new clients effectively, and grow existing customer relationships
2. Build and execute strategic account and business plans for current clients and new business opportunities
3. Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal divisions across Fortinet
4. Develop strong relationships with customer contacts up to Executive C-level to understand business imperatives and IT drivers
5. Articulate Fortinet’s value proposition through a consultative selling approach
6. Strategically orchestrate internal resources to maximize sales volume
7. Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure ROI from Fortinet solutions
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet's product roadmap to help customers plan and reduce risk

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

9. At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise selling
10. Experience managing full sales cycles including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing
11. Background in cybersecurity or a closely related technology space (Network, Cloud, SaaS)
12. Demonstrated industry knowledge or a point of view on cybersecurity
13. A proactive, goal-driven mindset with resilience and independence
14. Skilled in strategic thinking, cross-selling, upselling, and maintaining long-term client relationships
15. Based in Milan or Northern Italy, with flexibility to travel across the region as needed
