Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.
Under the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
RESPONSABILITIES: Pick up costumer incoming calls Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities Data entry within a business management system Back office Pick up costumer incoming calls Sales Orders creation / order confirmations Delivery notes
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure. Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills. A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients. SAP knowledge may be advantageous. English: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written
The hiring will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract. No Smart working is not considered.
