Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to build and structure our sales network in Italy and across Europe. This key role requires a mix of strategic thinking and operational execution, driving the brand's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with our positioning
* Establish relationships with retailers, architects, showrooms, and contract clients
* Develop and manage a distribution network across key European markets
* Collaborate with or hire local sales agents or freelancers, depending on market needs
* Monitor KPIs and support revenue and expansion targets
* Represent the brand at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales for design, fashion, or luxury brands
* Strong knowledge of retail and contract dynamics
* Fluent in English; Italian and European languages are a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to work from our office
* Active portfolio of industry contacts (architects, interior designers, buyers, and wholesalers)
