In this role, you will be responsible for organizing all local service contract sales procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts & proposals.You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products.Your ImpactAchieve sales, discount and DSO targets (Cash-in) related to new and renewed service contract businessManage service contract sales activities on equipment going out of warranty and with contracts due to expireManage opportunities through all steps of the processResolve invoicing queries to enable cash collection of overdue paymentsEnsure customer retention for existing service contractsData and system managementProvide proactive support to the field Sales workforceAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
