To accelerate our expansion in Italy, we are looking for independent sales agents / business developers who know the market, open doors, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
We are currently active or looking to grow in:
Piemonte – Lombardia – Valle d’Aosta – Trento – Bolzano – Toscana
What will you do?
You will take the lead in building and growing Ecco Products in your region. This goes beyond sales:
* Develop and execute your local market strategy
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Position Ecco Products as a trusted brand in your region
* Act as the link between the market and our organization (feedback, trends, opportunities)
* Expand and activate your network to unlock new doors
* Follow up on leads and close deals with a strong focus on results
Who are you?
* You are self-employed and based in Italy
* You have experience in a relevant sector (preferably horticulture or related)
* You have an existing network and know how to turn it into business
* You take ownership and think like an entrepreneur
* You are driven by results and commercial success
* You are proactive, hands-on and persistent
