Description:
We are looking for a SAP Consultant with experience in the CS (Customer Service) and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules to design and configure new end-to-end process flows in the Customer Service area.
What you will do:
* Configure Action Box in transaction
IW52
* Manage service flows with conditional logic
* Implement automatic creation of returns (APAC) or service/sales orders
* Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams
* Provide UAT support and post go-live assistance
Requirements:
* Proven experience with SAP CS / PM modules
* Solid understanding of SD processes (sales, returns)
* Ability to configure end-to-end business flows
* ABAP knowledge for enhancements is a plus
* Good command of English
