The TSM we're seeking will deliver customer and internal organizational technical support within a dedicated application or industry.
Responsibilities
The person in charge will be responsible for the following focal points:
1. Gathering market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to provide recommendations.
2. Creating new opportunities with existing customers and prospects requiring highly technical support, initiating and following up on sample/approval processes.
3. Identifying and prioritizing these opportunities by industry, qualifying based on strategic fit, volume, profitability potential, and success probability.
4. Supporting customers on-site with new product introductions and ensuring technical success.
5. Handover of projects to the external
