Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestOur team is responsible for the Electric Motors and Generators integration, scouting innovative technologies, originating opportunities to expand our portfolio, managing programs for technology development, electric machine selection and integration with other components, testing, and installation support for our customers.In a dynamic and fast-growing environment, you will be responsible for executing electrical engineering projects for complex power and moto-compression trains, acting as the electrical point of contact.As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities include:Designing and developing new products, executing projects according to plansPerforming technical selection of electrical components (e.g., MV generators, MV motors, MV Variable Speed Drive Systems)Formulating functional purchase specifications and aligning technical proposals with suppliersManaging technical documentation during engineering development, coordinating with suppliers and customers until finalizationConducting engineering design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and international standardsParticipating in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and supporting manufacturing, testing, and plant commissioning activitiesExecuting and coordinating electrical studies and simulations using tools like Matlab/Simulink, ETAP, and DigSilentFuel your passionTo succeed in this role, you should have:At least 5 years of engineering experience in electrical disciplines, with a Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similarSubstantial technical knowledge of electrical item design and selection, including rotating machines, MV/LV panels, and variable speed drive systemsExperience working with cross-functional teams in a global environmentStrong problem-solving skills with an analytical approachFluency in English and Italian (oral and written), with an EU passport or work permitWork in a way that works for youFlexible working patterns include:Flexible hours to maximize productivity and work-life balanceWorking with usOur people are central to our success.
