Location & Timing
Marina Di Ginosa, Italy – Seasonal summer 2026.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, hot and cold drinks, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, snacks and appetizers for guests.
- Perform opening and closing bar services and cash operations.
- Operate bar equipment and machines and maintain knowledge of their use.
- Keep equipment, utensils, tables, bar counter, and work areas clean.
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Ensure company standards and high‑quality service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts, bars, cafés.
- Knowledge of coffee basics and cocktails.
- Guest‑orientation, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Curiosity, passion for the sector, reliability, professionalism, pro‑proactivity, teamwork, listening.
- High‑level service ambition, problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations.
- Availability for relocation to the summer season.
- English language knowledge (or other languages beyond Italian) is a preference.
