Support the Megapack Sales Team through the entire sales cycle from start to finishManage early-stage sales by qualifying customer inquiries, collecting relevant information and coordinating with support teams to create custom proposalsAssist in preparing tender responses with Tesla's Bid and Engineering TeamsContribute to the development of go‐to‐market strategies for Tesla's energy offerings, focusing on economic and policy driversAchieve sales goals by managing a project pipeline of opportunities spanning multiple countries, timelines and project typesDevelop sales opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), developers, and utilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, terms, and pricing for battery storage projects meeting customers' needs while protecting Tesla's interests
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with experience in a commercial or customer facing roleKnowledge of grid/utility markets, as well as renewable technologies, such as PV, wind and/or storageAbility to identify problems and provide pragmatic solutions. Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with change and ambiguityStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and customersFlexibility to travel up to 25%Fluency in English and Italian. Additional French or Greek language skills are a plus
