Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches. - How will you contribute:_- Website & Product Management: Manage and update the brand’s website, ensuring accurate product catalog management, content updates, and seamless execution of product launches. Implement SEO strategies to maintain organic search visibility and oversee SEA (Search Engine Advertising) activities in collaboration with the agency;- Operations & Inventory Management: Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns, ensuring efficiency in coordination with logistics partners and internal teams. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory and implementing replenishment strategies. Support stock and sales reconciliation to maintain accuracy;- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze website KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance user experience. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring operational costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring budget efficiency;- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry sector, analyze competitors, and identify best practices to support business growth. Share insights with the team to continuously improve e-commerce performance;- Stakeholder & Project Coordination: Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including merchandising, digital marketing, clienteling, graphic design, and logistics teams, to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives. - Who you are:_- 3 years’ experience as E-commerce Specialist;- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);- Proficiency in Magento platform;- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics;- Fluency in Italian & English (written and spoken);- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills;- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners;- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and luxury retail. - Why work with us?_ Job Type Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Start Date 2025-06-15 Schedule Full time Organization POMELLATO S.P.A.
