Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
o Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
* Customer & Partner Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
o Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
o Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
* Reporting & Forecasting:
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
o Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
o Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
o Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
o Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree or higher, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
* Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex or urgent situations.
* Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
* Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
* Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, team collaboration, willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
