The ISAM collaborates with partners and colleagues to ensure growth of our business with these partners and that we reach our goals. This role has the full responsibility for Axis' authorized partners in selected countries in the region with the objective to capture growth potential. As an ISAM you’ll have a varying role – some business is done on the field and other tasks are done from the office in Milan. /p h3Key responsibilities include: /h3 pbResearch, preparation and prospecting… /b /p ul liQualifying authorized partners, contacting them personally to evaluate their potential /li liQualifying and evaluating leads (end-users, partners, resellers etc.) /li liEvaluating the sales‑out reports to analyse the development of new potential partners /li liSetting targets/KPI for our partners and evaluating performance linked to those targets /li /ul pbInspiring and supporting our partners… /b /p ul liTraining and inspiring our authorized partners /li liDeveloping webinars for authorized partners together with regional trainer and sales engineer /li liHandling the inbound calls professionally with a business‑mind /li liAct as the head of Salesforce, informing and training the local sales team /li /ul pbTaking action and closing deals… /b /p ul liVisit fairs, exhibitions and important key‑customers in the field /li liPerform outbound calls to develop non‑active partners with great potential /li liParticipate in Axis Communications Academy to meet customers and recruit new partners /li liBeing the first point of contact with a new potential partner and sharing our core values /li /ul pIn addition to the tasks mentioned above, the role may also include work within special projects or project groups. /p h3WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? /h3 pWe believe that success in this position is linked to passion for learning new technology, being proactive and showing a will to collaborate. Our expectation is that you possess experience from working within sales and customer‑oriented roles, preferably from the IT industry. Nevertheless, you’ll need to possess great communication skills and be a sales‑driven person with a good service mind.
