Our goal is to build strong local teams across Europe and develop long-term partnerships with local customers and operators. /p pAs our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Italy) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our CI energy storage solutions in the region. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liAchieve assigned regional sales targets including contract value and revenue collection. /li liBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth. /li liIdentify and develop new business opportunities across Italy and the Southern European region. /li liPromote and sell EV charging solutions and Commercial Industrial ESS products. /li liManage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and project profitability. /li /ul pbCustomer Development Key Account Management /b /p ul liDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers including CPOs, EPC companies, energy companies, and distributors. /li liIdentify and acquire new customers to expand the regional market presence. /li liManage existing customers to increase long-term cooperation and repeat business. /li liEnsure a professional customer experience from initial contact through project delivery. /li /ul pbCross-functional Collaboration /b /p ul liWork closely with internal teams including technical support, product management, logistics, and after-sales service to support project execution. /li liCoordinate internal resources to support large projects and public tenders. /li liEnsure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. /li liMonitor EV charging and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Italy and Southern Europe. /li liProvide regular market feedback and strategic insights to support business development. /li liRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related fields. /li liAt least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or energy infrastructure industries. /li liExperience in solution-based sales, managing complex projects rather than standardized products. /li liProven ability to develop new markets and acquire first customers in new regions. /li liStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /li liAbility to work independently and travel frequently within Italy and Southern Europe. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li liCandidates must already have legal residence and work authorization in the EU. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
