This is an active, hands-on role where you will help build the market from scratch, with full support from our team. /pbrpYou won’t be expected to know everything on day one. If you perform well, your income grows quickly. If you don’t, this won’t be the right role long-term. The upside is real and uncapped. /pbrpstrongBase salary: /strong from 2,500 EUR gross (full-time) /pbrpstrongCommission (the most important part): /strong You receive a 10% revenue share on every client you close. All clients pay on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly), which means your commission is recurring, not a one-time premio. /pbrpstrongExample: /strong /pulliIf you close a client paying €10,000/month, you earn €1,000/month in recurring commission, on top of your base salary. /liliIf over time you build a €50,000/month client portfolio, you earn €5,000/month from commission alone, plus base salary and bonuses. /li /ulbrpThere is no cap on earnings. Your income compounds as you close more deals and grow your client base. Performance-based bonuses are paid on top of the revenue share. /pbrpThis role is not designed for people motivated mainly by fixed salary.
