We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic campaigns and digital initiatives.Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts to elevate the EveryWatch brand and platform. This includes creating and managing marketing campaigns, designing promotional materials, executing website promotions, and overseeing paid ad campaigns and creative work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and creative design, a keen understanding of the latest trends, and a self‐starter personality with excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement.Lead the design and production of marketing materials such as mailers, banners, digital ads and other collateral.Manage and optimize website promotions, ensuring fresh, engaging content and conversions.Plan, design and execute paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.Oversee the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including newsletters and product updates.Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics (click‐through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools and technologies and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.Conduct A/B tests to iterate and optimize campaign initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, creative design and campaign management.Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as email marketing software, Google Ads, etc.Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication and project management skills.A keen eye for detail and quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in a startup or venture capital environment is a plus.Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
